Donna Darkwolf Walking in Fields of Gold

"Fields Of Gold" by Sting
Donna Darkwolf and Her Beautiful WOLF

I just thought this morning so surreal. Middle of No Where. Nine in the morning. My beautiful wife. And her Beautiful Beast. In our own fields of gold.
I am Mute. Amidst the Silence and Solitude.

"See the west wind move like a lover so
Upon the fields of barley
Feel her body rise when you kiss her mouth
Among the fields of gold"

~ Sting

Donna Darkwolf and I were returning to Bracknell. U.K. from Johannesburg. We stopped on the highway to stretch our legs.

Moments later I could hear Donna's rushed footsteps on the cobbled path, between the house and the cottage.
She swept into my office and flung her arms around me - hugging and kissing:
"This is why I Love Us! Let's have a picnic brunch in our Rose Garden.
Come on, Soldier! Back to the Kitchen with you!"

And my Shiny Wife would be ordering up her menu. Setting out the blanket and cushions.
And I? - I commence making Breakfast for Two!

Thou Beside me in the Wilderness. Rubaiyat of Omar Khayam

And Thou Beside me singing in the Wilderness

As I serve my beautiful wife, she happily excited to be seated out in our corner of her Rose Garden - I recite from the Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám:
“Here with a Loaf of Bread beneath the Bough,
A Flask of Wine, a Book of Verse -
and Thou Beside me singing in the Wilderness -
And Wilderness is Paradise enow!”

It reminds me of how I found my -
